Time for Talking is part of NLC Employee Assistant Programme and it is in place to offer you the following:

  • A helpline for General Advice and Guidance
  • Psychological guidance and emotional support when things are getting you down
  • Individual counseling, either over the phone or face to face
  • Post critical incident support
  • Assistance for managers by offering a resource they can use in managing and assisting staff

My Wellness at Work Plan is a tool to help you share what keeps you well at work and when and why you might become unwell. … It’s a personal document written by employees and shared with individual managers and peers/buddies, it works as an agreement and a tool to promote ongoing discussion on keeping yourself and each other well. document and should be reviewed on a regular basis.
